Maintenance on Roofs, waterproofing of showers, balconies, drain etc. We do a 4mm Torch on system, vermiculite screed, mason boards, insulation panels and membrane system.

Alfa waterproofing will inspect all roof screws and where needed, replace them with new ones. Roof screws and overlaps will then be waterproofed by using stitched membrane, PK rubber sealer and SWS High Seal slurry.

Roof will then be painted with bitumen aluminium silver seal paint.

Alfa Waterproofing will lay mason/polystyrene boards on roof.

Roof will then be waterproofed by using 4mm Thermoflex Torch on System .

A cover coat will be applied.
