The owner of Alfa Waterproofing, Rudi Pretorius has been in the business for more than 16 years. Alfa Waterproofing covers Gauteng and the Mpumalanga region. We have done lots of work and contracts for big dynamic companies. We also do a lot of work for project managers that do mostly work in Kyalami Estates, Dainfern and Fourways Gardens.

Alfa Waterproofing has been working on very large contracts such as, upgrading and restorations of buildings in and around Hillbrow for the 2020 soccer world cup. We worked at Protea Hotel Hatfield and Protea Hotel Tzaneen. We did the waterproofing of the roofs at Nesca Pelindaba. We also have contracts with Central Development Projects, Cosmopolitan Projects and Lonerock Construction.

Alfa Waterproofing is a Derbigum and Darachem approved applicator.

Alfa Waterproofing started to do Insurance claims for Digicall Assessing Solutions since May 2016 for all Insurance Companies on their panel.

We handled some of their big Insurance claims in Knysna – Pezula Estate. We did a few fire damage claims for the insurance and handled it in a professional manner.
